Ricardo Bermudez brings over 15 years of experience to the security industry. He began his career in training before advancing to roles as an executive protection specialist and house of worship security expert. Driven by a deep commitment to the safety of others, Ricardo pursued formal education in security management along with specialized training across multiple disciplines.

Since 2013, he has served as the Head of Security at City Wide Church in Bridgeport, Connecticut, where his leadership and dedication have been instrumental in shaping a safe environment for worship and community engagement.

Ricardo is now the founder and owner of Bermudez Protection Security Group, a trusted security firm that provides a wide range of services focused on protecting individuals, families, and institutions. Known for his integrity, reliability, and hands-on approach, Ricardo has earned the trust of clients from all walks of life.

He sums up his mission simply: “There is no better feeling than knowing people trust me with their lives.”
